Method
1. Boil egg by adding little salt and remove the skin from it.
2. Heat all masala and make them into a fine paste.
3. Grate coconut and make them into a fine paste
4. Add masala paste along with tomato,potato,green Chilly,shallots and cook well for half an hour.Also add water and salt to it.
5. When potatoes are cooked add coconut paste and mix well.
6. When it starts to boil cut cooked egg into two pieces and add it into curry and mix well.
7. Put in a pan oil and when it starts to boil add mustard seeds ,curry leaves and shallots and when it becomes golden brown add to curry and mix well and serve hot.
