EGG ROAST

INGREDIENTS


1.Egg-4
2.Chilly powder,coriander powder-1 tablespoon
3.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
4.Coconut-1 grated
5.Cloves-2
6.Cardamom-1

7.Pepper-6
8.Green chilly-3
9.Garlic-6
10.Tomato-2
11.Onion-3
12.Ginger-1 small piece
13.Salt,mustard seeds,curry leaves-as required
14.Oil-5 tablespoon

    METHOD

1.Boil egg by adding little salt to it and when it is cooked and becomes cold remove the skin from it.
2.Grate coconut and keep its first and second milk aside.
3.Slightly heat chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder, pepper,clove,cardamom, and make them into a fine masala paste.
4.Chop and keep seperately onion,tomato,green chilly,ginger.
5.Put in a pan oil and when it starts to boil add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add onion,green chilly,garlic,ginger,curry leaves and saute well.
6.When onion becomes golden brown add tomato and saute well.Add masala paste ,salt and second milk of coconut and cook well.
7.When it starts to boil add cooked egg  and when masalas are caught in egg add first milk of coconut and mix well and keep aside.
