Fish molly recipe


INGREDIENTS

FISH-6 PIECES

TURMERIC POWDER-1 TEASPOON

CHILLY POWDER-1 TEASPOON

VINEGAR -I TEASPOON

GINGER GARLIC PASTE-1 TEASPOON

CINNAMON-2

CLOVE-2

ONION-2 BIG

RIPENED TOMATO-1

CORIANDER LEAVES-AS REQUIRED

CORIANDER POWDER-1 TEASPOON

OIL-AS REQUIRED

GREEN CHILLY-2

PEPPER POWDER-1 TEASPOON

CAPSICUM-HALF PIECE

SALT-AS REQUIRED

COCONUT GRATED-HALF PIECE 

METHOD

1. Clean fish and cut it into 6 pieces

2. After draining water from fish marinate it with  vinegar,chilly powder, turmeric powder,salt ,ginger garlic paste  and keep for 15 minutes.

3. Put in a pan oil and  add marinated fish to it and fry well

4. Put in another pan oil and add onion, green chilly, garlic, coriander powder,salt and saute well.After sometime add pepper powder,capsicum,crushed clove and cinnamon to it and saute well

5. Add tomato pieces and thin milk of coconut to this mix. Cook well for fifteen minutes.After that add thick coconut milk,coriander leave and mix well

6. Serve hot.
