GOBI MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS

1.Medium sized cauliflower-2
2.Soya sauce-2 teaspoon
3.Pepper poeder-half teaspoon
4.Crushed garlic-1 teaspoon
5.Crushed ginger-half teaspoon


FOR BATTER


1.Crushed onion-1
2.Maida-1 cup
3.Cornflour-half cup
4.Water-one and a half cup



FOR SAUCE

1.Tomato sauce-half cup
2.Chilly sauce-half teaspoon



METHOD

1.Clean cauliflower and put it in salt and turmeric powder water for 15 minutes.
2.Marinate cauliflower with soya sauce,pepper powder,crushed ginger,garlic,salt for 20 minutes.
3.Saute onion in hot oil till it becomes golden brown and keep aside.
4.Make a batter using maida,cornflour,salt,water,sauted onion.
5.Dip cauliflower in batter and fry in hot oil till it becomes brown colour.
6.Put in a pan remaining sauce,ginger,garlic,cornflour mixed in water,,tomato sauce,soya sauce,little chilly chicken masala  and fried cauliflower and mix well and serve hot.
