SZECHUAN NOODLES

INGREDIENTS


1.Noodles-200gm
2.Carrot,capcicum, onion-1
3.Spring onion-2
4.Cooked chicken -half cup
5.Salad oil-3 tablespoon
6.Szechuan sauce-3 tablespoon
7.Salt-as required


METHOD

1.Clean and cut vegetables into small long pieces
2.Cook noodles in hot boiling water by adding little salt.Strain off excess water after cooking noodles.
3.Add cold water to cooked noodles to remove the stickiness of noodles.
4.Add 1 tablespoon salad oil to the noodles and mix well.
5.Put in a pan salad oil and saute the vegetables in it till it becomes brown.Dont overcook the vegetables.
6.Cook chicken by after marinating it with little salt,turmeric powder, pepper powder.Add cooked chicken and sauce to the vegetables and mix well.Add cooked noodles to it.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
