Ullivada

Ingredients
1. Uzhunnupodi-250gm
2.0nion-250gm
3.green chilly-6
4.oil-250ml
5.curry leaves,salt-as required
Method
1. Chop onion ,green chilly into fine pieces.
2.add uzhunnupodi-250gm,curry leaves,salt and water and mix well with chopped chilly and onion.
3.make a fine dough
4.put in a pan oil and when it starts to heat make fine balls with it in shape of vada  and make holes in it and fry in hot oil.
