Achappam

Ingredients
1. Pachari-4cup
2. Sugar-2 cup
3. Coconut milk-2 cup
4. Egg-2
5. Seasame-2 teaspoon
6. Jeerakem-a little
7.  Oil-for frying
Method
1. Make powder with pachari and strain well
2. Blend  sugar and egg in an egg beater and add coconut milk  to it and also add rice powder little by little  to it and mix well
3. Add seasame and jeerakam to batter and mix well
4. Put in a pan oil  and when it starts to boil keep achu  in oil and make it hot . Add batter to achu and add to oil.
Add batter to oil and turn sides and fry well
