INGREDIENTS
1.Noodles-100gm
2.Boneless chicken-1 big piece
3.Grated cabbage and carrot-one fourth cup
4.Onion cut into small pieces-2 tablespoon
5.Tomato sauce-half cup
6.Chicken stalk-2 tablespoon
7.Cornflour-half tablespoon
8.Pepper powder-one fourth teaspoon
9.Salt,oil-as required
10.Bulls eye-1
METHOD
1..Cook noodles in hot water by adding little water to it.Strain off excess water.Fry noodles in hot oil till it becomes crispy.
2.Put in a pan oil and fry the chicken piece.Add all vegetables and salt and pepper powder and chicken stalk and mix well and cook well.
3.Add tomato sauce and cornflour dipped in water and mix well.
4.Cook well till gravy becomes thick.
5.Put into a plate fried noodles and then add on top of it chicken and vegetables and add on top of it bulls eye and serve hot.
