Beetroot kichadi

Ingredients
1. Beetroot-1 big
2. Grated coconut -1 cup
     Green chilly -4
3. Salt - as required
     Curd - one and a half cup
4. Oil -1 tablespoon
5. Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
      Red chilly-3
      Curry leaves - as required
Method
1. Remove the skin of beetroot and add little water and cook well and grate in a grater
2. Make a fine paste with coconut and green chilly
3. Put in a pan cooked Beetroot,coconut paste, salt and curd and mix  well.
4. Put in  pan oil and add fifth ingredients and saute well  and add to beetroot mix and serve hot
