INGREDIENTS
1.Beetroot-250gm
2.Grated coconut-half piece
3.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
4.Chopped onion-2
5.Salt,curry leaves-as required
6.Oil-4 teaspoon
7.Mustard seeds-one fourth teaspoon
METHOD
1.Grate beetroot in a chopper.
2.Add ingredients from 2-5 to it and mix well.
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add beetroot mix and little water and close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
