INGREDIENTS
1.Chopped cabbage-1 cup
2.Chopped carrot-1
3.Chopped onion-1
4.Chopped green chilly-2
5.Grated coconut-half piece
6.Salt,curry leaves-as required
7.Oil-2 teaspoon
8.Water-half glass
9.Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves,green chilly and coconut and saute well
2.Add remaining ingredients and half cup water and little turmeric powder and mix well and close lid and cook well for half an hour.
