INGREDIENTS
1.Carrot-250gm
2.Grated coconut-half piece
3.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
4.Curry leaves,salt,oil- as required
5.Red chilly-4
6.Chopped onion-2
7.Mustard seeds-one fourth teaspoon
METHOD
1.Chop carrot well in a chopper
2.Mix all ingredients except red chilly ,mustard seeds,oil .
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add mustard seeds,red chilly and remaining ingredients and close the lid and cook well for 10 -15 minutes
