Cauliflower masala curry

Ingredients
1. Oil-3 tablespoon
2. Chopped  ginger-1 tablespoon
     Chopped garlic-6
     Curry leaves-as required
3. Chopped onion- half cup
     Chopped green chilly-2
4. Chopped tomatoes- half cup
     Chopped  capsicum- one fourth cup
5. Cleaned cauliflower-1 cup
     Soaked green peas-one half cup
     Potato chopped into two halves-1
     Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
      Chilly powder,turmeric powder- half teaspoon
      Coriander  powder-little
6. Grated coconut-one fourth cup
     Cashewnut -1  tablespoon
7. Coriander leaves,salt _as required
Method
1. Put in a pan oil and  saute second ingredients
2. When it starts to Change  colour add Onion and green chilly  and saute well. Add tomato,capsicum  and saute well.
3. When it is cooked add fifth ingredients  and saute well.
4. Add 2 cup water and cook well after closing the lid for some time.
5. Make a fine paste with sixth ingredients.
6.Add   this paste to cooked vegetables  and some salt and mix well and decorate with  coriander leaves
