INGREDIENTS
1. Chakka kuru-15
2.Grated coconut -half piece
3.Shallots-4
4.Green chilly-2
5.Curry leaves,salt- as required
6.Oil-1 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Remove the skin of chakka kuru and cut into thin long piece.
2.Put in a pan oil and saute shallots and curry leaves.
3.Add chakka kuru ,grated coconut, green chilly and add 1 glass water and salt and mix well and cook well for 30 minutes.
4.When water becomes dry and chakka kuru becomes well cooke switch off flame and serve hot
