CHAPATHI

INGREDIENTS

1.Wheat flour-500gm
2.Water-2 cup
3.Oil, salt-as required

METHOD

1.Make a fine dough by adding salt,water,little oil to wheat flour.
2.Keep the dough for 1 hour
3.Take small balls from it and make in form of chapati
4.Put in a tawa oil and add this chapati mix to it and cook well one side and add little oil and turn to other side and cook well.
5.Serve with chicken curry or vegetable kuruma
