INGREDIENTS
1.Chicken-500gm
2.Pepper powder-2 teaspoon
3.Salt-as required
4.Cornflour-3 tablespoon
5.Shallots-100gm
6.Ginger-1 small piece
7.Coriander powder-2 teaspoon
8.Chicken masala,garam masala-half teaspoon
9.Jeera powder-half teaspoon
10.Oil,curry leaves-as required
METHOD
1.Clean and cut chicken into small pieces
2.Add chopped ginger,masala powders,jeera powder and salt and water to chicken and cook well till it becomes thick consistency.
3.Strain the gravy well using a strainer
4.Put in a pan oil and saute curry leaves and shallots well
5.Add strained gravy and mix well
6.Add cornflour mixed in water to it and boil well and serve hot
