Chilly mushroom

Ingredients
1. Mushroom-1tin
2. Egg-1
3. Pepper powder, chilly sauce-1 teaspoon
4. All purpose flour-4 tablespoon
5. Chopped onion -2
6. Green chilly-3
7. Soya sauce- half teaspoon
8. Cornflour-2 teaspoon
9. Capsicum-1
10. Stalk -1 cup
11. Curry leaves-as little
12. Sugar, ginger garlic paste- half teaspoon
13. Salt,oil - as required
Method
1. Put in a cooker 1 cup water,1 tablespoon  chopped  onion,mushroom and pepper  powder  and cook for 2 whistles.
2. Cook mushroom after cutting into 2 pieces by adding salt and pepper powder.
3. Add all purpose flour and egg to mushroo. And fry in hot oil till it becomes golden brown
4.Put in a pan oil and add chopped onion,Capsicum,green chilly and curry leaves and saute well.
5. Add stalk of mushroom.when it boils addchiily and soya sauce.
6. Add little cornflour-mixed in water.
7. When it starts to boil  add add fried mushroom and mix well and when gravy thickens add sugar and mix well and serve hot.
