Dosa

Ingredients
1. Pachari-4 cup
2. Uzhunnu-2 cup
3. Salt-as as required
4. Cooked rice  -1  tablespoon
Method
1. Soak pachari and uzhunnu separately in water for 7 hours
2. Clean well and  blend well in a mixer jar  by adding cooked rice
3. Make a fine dough and keep covered overnight
4. Add salt 2 hours before making dosa
5. Take a dosa pan and add little oil and dosa mix and make fine dosa
6. When one side is cooked turn and cook other side also.
7. Serve hot with chutney
