INGREDIENTS
1.Egg-3
2.Grated coconut-half cup
3.Green chilly-4
4.Shallots-half cup
5.Curry leaves,salt,mustard seeds-as required
6.Ginger-1 small piece
7.Oil-2 tablespoon
METHOD
1.Chop into small pieces green chilly,curry leaves,shallots,ginger
2.Beat egg well in an egg beater
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add chopped ingredients and saute well
4.Add grated coconut and salt and mix well
5.Add egg mix and saute well for 20 minutes
