INGREDIENTS
1.Pachari-500gm
2.Coconut grated-1
3.Jeerakam-1 teaspoon
4.Garlic-2
5.Kallu-3oo ml
6.Salt-as required
METHOD
1.Soak pachari and make it into fine powder and strain well.
2.Make a fine paste with jeerakam,garlic,grated coconut.
3.Mix well aripodi,grated paste,kallu,salt and enough water and mix well.
4.When it starts to ferment put into a dosa kallu and make fine appams
