INGREDIENTS
1.Rice powder,grated coconut-1 cup
2.Grated jaggery-one fourth cup
3.Oil-1 tablespoon
4.Water-2 cup
5.Salt-as required
INGREDIENTS
1.Put in a pan oil, water,salt and when it boils well add rice powder little by little and stir well without bubble formation.
2.Remove from flame and mix well and make a fine a fine dough.
3.Make them into a fine balls.
4.Take one by one balls and add grated coconut and jaggery little by little in centre.
5.Cook them by steaming in an idli maker.
