INGREDIENTS
1.Curd-3 cup
2.Grated coconut-1
3.Green chilly-4
4.Red chilly-4
5.Curry leaves,salt,oil- as required
6.Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
7.Ladies finger-150gm
METHOD
1.Clean and cut ladies finger into small round pieces and fry well in oil.
2.Make a fine paste with coconut and green chilly and mix them with curd and ad salt and curry leaves and mix well.
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add red chilly and saute well.
4.Add to curd mix and when serving add fried ladies finger
