Mango curry

Ingredients
1. Green mango- half kg
2. Salt-as required
    Turmeric powder- one fourth teaspoon
3. Chilly powder-4 teaspoon
     Fenugreek  powder, asafoetida powder-one fourth teaspoon
4. Oil-50 gm
5. Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
     Red chilly -3
     Curry leaves-as required
6. Water-one fourth cup
Method
1. Cut mango into long small pieces and marinate with salt and turmeric powder and keep for 1 hour.
2. Add third ingredients and  mix well
3. Put in a pan oil and saute fifth ingredients
4.Add this mix into mango and mix well till it stops bubbling
5. Add little water in the pan where
6. If needed add coconut milk also.
oil was added  and add mango to it and cook well for 10 minutes and serve hot.
