MASALA DOSA

INGREDIENTS

1. FOR DOSA

1. Pachari-one and a  half cup
2.Uzhunnu-three fourth cup
3.Salt- as required
4.Uluva-3

2. FOR  MASALA

1. Potato-4
2.Chopped onion-2
3.Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
4.Salt-as required
5.Green chilly chopped-4
6.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
7.Chicken masala- little


METHOD

1. Remove the skin of potato and boil and chop them
2.Put in a pan oil and saute onion, till it becomes slight brown colour. Add little salt also
3. Add chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute well for 5 minutes
4.Add turmeric powder and chicken masala and saute well
5.Soak pachari,uzhunnu,uluva seperately in water for 6 hours
6.Clean well and add enough water and blend well pachari, uluva, uzhunnu and make a smooth mix
7.Allow it to ferment for 1 night and add enough salt 1 hour before cooking
8. Put in a tawa oil and pour the dosa mix into it and add the masala mix .When one side is cooked fold and turn to other side and sevewith sambar or chutney
