Mixed vegetable kuruma

Ingredients
1. Oil - as required
2. Cardamom, Cinnamon, clove-2
3. Chopped onion- half cup
      Chopped ginger-1 teaspoon
       Chopped garlic-4
       Green chilly-4 cut into pieces
4. White pepper powder-one fourth teaspoon
5. Potato-4 cut into pieces
      Carrot-2 cut into pieces
       Green peas-one fourth cup
      Beans-5 cut into two pieces
      Cauliflower- half cup
       Salt-as required
6. Coconut milk-2
    First milk-2cup
    Second  milk-one and a half cup
7. Turmeric powder- one fourth teaspoon
8. Garam masala powder- one fourth teaspoon
9. Coriander leaves- for decoration
Method
1. Put in a pan oil and second ingredients  and heat well. Then add third ingredients and  saute well
2. Add pepper powder  and fifth ingredients and  saute well.
3. Add little turmeric powder and  mix well.
4. Add second milk and close the lid and cook for half an hour
5.When vegetables are cooked  add first milk.
6. Add  garam masala powder and mix well
7. Decorate with coriander leaves
