INGREDIENTS
1.Mushroom-2 cup
2.Onion-2
3.Green chilly-2
4.Potato-2
5.Tomato-2
6.Ginger-1 small piece
7.Garlic-4
8.Grated coconut-half cup
9.Garam masala-half teaspoon
10.Vinegar-1 teaspoon
11.Coriander leaves,curry leaves-as required
12.Oil,salt-as required
METHOD
1. Make a fine paste using green chilly,ginger,garlic.
2.Put in a pan oil and saute onion and also add green chilly paste to it and saute well and also add potato and mushroom and cook well.
2.When potato is cooked add 2 cup water and salt and mix well.
3.Boil little tomato and peel off skin and make a fine paste.
4.Add tomato paste to mushroom mix and when it starts to boil add garam masala and grated coconut paste to it.
5.When gravy is formed add curry leaves,coriander leaves and serve hot.
