Mushroom pulav

Ingredients
1.basmati rice-2 cup
2. Cut mushroom-2 cup
3. Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
4. Crushed green chilly -3
5. Carrot ,beans cut into small pieces-three fourth cup
6.Chopped tomatoes-2
7. Chopped onion-2
8. Cardamom,cinnamon and cloves-4
9. Garam masala  powder  -little
10.Coriander leaves-as required
11. Lime juice-1  tablespoon
12. Ghee-4 teaspoon
13. Salt-as required
Method
1. Put into a cooker 2 teaspoon ghee  and add cinnamon, Cardamom, cloves, soaked and washed basmati rice and 3 cup hot water and mix well  and cook for 1 whistles
2. Put in a pan ghee and saute all vegetables  and also add water
3. When rice is cooked mix the sauted vegetables and add coriander  leaves, garam masala powder, lime juice  and mix well and serve hot.
