MUSHROOM VARATTIYATHU

INGREDIENTS

1. Mushroom-half kg
2.Tomato-4
3.Garlic-6
4.Ginger-1 small piece
5.Chilly powder-2 teaspoon
6.Coriander powder-2 teaspoon
7.Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
8.Curry leaves,oil, salt,coriander leaves-as required

METHOD

1. Make a fine paste using chilly powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder,ginger, garlic, tomato,curry leaves, coriander leaves,salt.
2.Marinate mushroom with this paste and keep for 15 minutes after cutting mushroom into two pieces
3.Put in a pan oil and add marinated mushroom and saute for half an hour and serve hot.
