Naan

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour-half kg
2. Egg-1
3. Butter-50 gm
4. Yeast- half teaspoon
5. Sugar-2 teaspoon
6. Salt - as required
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together  and add water and make fine dough and cover it with a wet cloth and allow it to ferment
2. Take small balls and add little butter and make in shape of chapati and cook well in atawa
