4. Jeerakam-1 teaspoon
5. Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
6. Oil,salt-as required

Method
1. Soak pachari well in water and blend in a blender and add seasame,jeerakam,Turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
2. Put in a pan oil and when it starts to boil dip pappadam into this batter and fry well in hot oil
