Parippuvada

Ingredients
1. Vada parippu-1 cup soaked in water for4 hours
2. Shallots-5
3. Ginger-1 small piece
4. Curry leaves chopped-as required
5. Green chilly-3
6. Salt,oil-as required
Method
1. Clean well soaked vadaparippu and crush well in a mixer jar.
2. Add remaining ingredients except oil to vadaparippu and mix well and make a fine dough
3. Make them into small balls and fry them till golden brown in hot oil
4. When one side is cooked turn  other side till it becomes golden brown
