Pepper chicken

Ingredients
1. Chicken- half kg
2. Shallots-4-8
3. Garlic-6
4. Coriander powder-2 teaspoon
5. Pepper powder-1 tablespoon
6. Turmeric powder half teaspoon
7. Water-1 cup
8. Oil,Salt,curry leaves- as required
9. Jeerakam-three fourth teaspoon
Method
1. Make a fine paste  with  shallots,Pepper  powder,Coriander powder,garlic,turmeric powder and  jeerakam
2. Add prepared paste to chicken and  enough water and cook chicken well. Also add salt
3. Cook till gravy becomes  creamy
4. Put in a pan oil and saute shallots,curry leaves and add cooked chicken to it and boil for 5 minutes and serve hot
