INGREDIENTS
1. Tomato-4
2.Garlic-10
3.Green chilly-2
4.Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
5.Asafoetida powder-half teaspoon
6.Shallots-6
7.Red chilly-2
8.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
9.Fennel seeds-little
10.Oil-3 tablespoon
11.Curry leaves,salt,mustard seeds,coriander leaves-as required
METHOD
1.Peel off skin of tomato and cut them into small pieces and cook them by adding 5 cup water.
2.When tomato is cooked crush them well and take gravy.
3.Crush pepper and fennel seeds and make powder.
4.Crush shallots,garlic,green chilly.
5.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add crushed garlic,shallot,green chilly,red chilly,turmeric powder,curry leaves and saute well.
6.Add crushed pepper, fennel seeds,asafoetida and saute well.
7.Add tomato gravy and crushed tomato and salt and coriander leaves and when it starts to boil switch off flame and serve hot.
