RAVA KESARI

INGREDIENTS

1.Rava-200gm
2.Ghee-100gm
3.Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
4.Cashewnut-50 gm
5.Kismis-50 gm
6.Sugar-50 gm
7.Milk-250 gm

METHOD

1.Fry rava well and keep aside
2.Put in a pan 50 gm ghee, one and a half cup water,milk and mix well and boil
3.When it starts to boil add rava and mix well without forming lumps
4.Put in a pan ghee and fry well cashewnut,kismius and add to rava mix
5.Add cardamom powder and remaining ghee and mix well
6.Add sugar and mix well
7.Put into another pan and use when cooled
