Ingredients
1. Rava-4 tablespoon
Milk-3 cup
Ghee-2 teaspoon
Sugar-6 tablespoon
2. Egg-2
3. Vanilla essence- 2 tablespoon
Grated coconut-1 tablespoon
4. Water-4 tablespoon
5. Cashewnut,kismis sauted in ghee-as required

Method
1. Put in a pan first ingredients and mix well till it becomes creamy mix
2.Put in a pan egg and beat well in an egg beater and add third ingredients to it and mix well
3. Take a pan which can be kept in a pressure cooker and add sugar and water and boil well.
4. When sugar starts to caramalise add fifth ingredients
5. Add creamy milk mix and egg mix to it and mix well
6. Pour it on top of caramel mix prepared and pour this mix to pudding plate.
7. Put in a pressure cooker water and keep this pudding plate and steam cook without keeping weight of cooker for 30 minutes.
8. When pudding is cooked keep it for cooling
9. When it cools keep refrigerated and serve cool
