INGREDIENTS
1.Salt mango-1
2.Grated coconut- 1 piece
3.Green chilly-4
4.Red chilly-2
5.Mustard seeds-one fourth teaspoon
6.Oil-1 tablespoon
7.Asafoetida powder-a pinch
8.Curry leaves,salt-as required
9.Curd-1 cup
METHOD
1.Cut salt mango into small pieces and add green chilly and coconut and make a fine paste
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add red chilly and curry leaves and saute well.
3.Add curd to it and mix well
4.Add coconut paste to it and mix well and allow it to boil
5.Ehen it starts to boil switch off flame
