INGREDIENTS
1.Tapioca-500 gm
2.Grated coconut-half piece
3.Chilly powder-2 teaspoon
4.Chopped onion-2
5.Curry leaves,salt-as required
6.Red chilly-4
7.Oil-4 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Remove the skin of tapioca and cut it into small pieces and add water and cook well.
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves andred chilly and saute well.
3.Add chopped onion and saute well
4.When it starts to become brown colour add chilly powder and grated coconut and saute well.
5.Add cooked tapioca and mix well
