Ingredients
1. Basmati rice-3 cup
2. Boneless chicken -2 cup
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Salt-as required
3. Tomato-3
4. Ghee-4 teaspoon
5. Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves-6
6. Chopped onion-2 cup
7. Hot water-6 cup
8. Cashewnut,kismis-for decoration

5. Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves-6
6. Chopped onion-2 cup
7. Hot water-6 cup

Method
1. Clean and soak rice in water for half an hour.
2. Strain off water.
3. Cook chicken after marinating with salt and pepper powder
4. Make the cooked chicken into small pieces
5. Boil tomatoes and peel off skin and blend in a mixer jar
6. Put in a pan ghee and add cinnamon ;cardamom,cloves and also add chopped onions and saute well
7. Add tomato to it and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add cooked chicken and basmati rice and mix well
9. Add 6 cup boiled water and salt and close and cook till rice is being fully cooked
10. When rice is cooked switch off flame
11. Saute eighth ingredients in ghee.
12. Decorate with sauted ingredients and coriander leaves
