Ullivada

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour-3 tablespoon
2. Salt-as required
3. Baking soda-half teaspoon
4. Onion-1small finely chopped
5. Green chilly-4
6. Curry leaves-as required
7. Water -as required
8. Oil-for frying
Method
1. Strain 3 times  all purpose  flour,salt and baking soda and keep aside for some time.
2. Meanwhile make dough by putting into a plate chopped onion,green Chilly,curry leaves and also add some water to it and mix well. Also add the strained ingredients  and mix well and make a smooth fine dough.
3. Put in a pan oil and meanwhile when it starts to heat  make small balls with the dough and dip the hand in water and make small holes in middle and put into hot oil.
4. Fry well in hot oil and keep aside.
5. Serve hot with  chutney and sauce.
3. Cover the dough and keep for 3 hours.
