INGREDIENTS
1.Vanpayar-1 glass
2.Salt,curry leaves-as required
3.Turmeric powder-pinch
4.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
5. Chilly powder-half teaspoon
6.Shallots chopped-8
7.Grated coconut-half piece
8.Crushed red chilly-4
9.Oil-2 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Soak vanpayar in water the previous night after cleaning well
2.Add salt,little turmeric powder and cook well for 3 whistles in a pressure cooker
3.Put in a pan oil and saute shallots,red chilly crushed,and curry leaves and saute well
4.Add grated coconut,red chilly powder, pepper powder,salt to it and mix well
5.Add cooked vanpayar to it and mix well
