INGREDIENTS
1.Vazhachundu-1
2.Grated coconut-one fourth piece
3.Crushed green chilly-6
4.Crushed shallots-8
5.Curry leaves,salt-as required
6.Oil-2 tablespoon
7.Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Chop vazhachundu into small pieces.
2.Add 1 teaspoon oil to it and mix well and keep for 5 minutes.
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds to it and when it starts to splutter add chopped vazhachundu and other ingredients.
4.Add half cup water and close lid and cook well for 20 minutes
