Ingredients
1. All purpose flour- half kg
2. Curd-half cup
3. Ghee-3 tablespoon
4. Sugar-2 tablespoon
5. Appakaram- half teaspoon
6. Salt,oil-as required

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together except oil
2. Cover the mix with a wet cloth for 5 hours
3. Take some dough and make them in form of chapati and fry them in hot oil
