Ingredients
1. Basmati rice-1 cup
2. Cinnamon,Cardamom,cloves-2 each
3. Onion-1
Cashewnut-4
Grated beetroot-1
4. Pepper powder- half teaspoon
5. Chopped coriander leaves- as required
6. Oil-2 tablespoon
7. Salt,water-as required

Method
1. Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour
2. Boil water well and add soaked basmati rice,and second ingredients to it and cook well
3. When it is half cooked strain off water
4. Put in a pan oil and saute third ingredients well
5. Add cooked rice to it
6. Also add pepper powder,coriander leaves and mix well and cook for 10 more minutes
7. Serve with cucumber and tomato raita
