CHAKKAPUZHUKKU

INGREDIENTS

1.Jackfruit  cut into thin long pieces-15
2.Grated coconut-1
3.Green chilly-4
4.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
5.Jeerakam-little
6.Shallots-6
7.Garlic-4
8.Curry leaves,salt,oil-as required

METHOD

1.Add little grated coconut to jackfruit and mix well and add 1 cup water and steam cook well
2.Make a fine paste with remaining coconut,turmeric powder, garlic, jeerakam,shallots,green chilly,salt,curry leaves
3.Add this paste to steamed jackfruit and cook well for 15 minutes
4.When steam goes off add little oil to jackfruit and mix well and serve
