CHICKEN CHETTINADU FRY

INGREDIENTS

1.Chicken-1 kg
2.Salt,oil-as required
3.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
4.Perum jeerakam-half teaspoon
5.Red chilly-4
6.Curry leaves, coriander leaves-as required
7.Shallots-8
8.Tomato-1

METHOD

1.Clean and cut chicken into small pieces
2.Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric powder for half an hour
3.Put in a a pan oil and add perum jeerakam ,red chilly, curry leaves and saute well
4.Add shallots and saute well
5.When shallots become brown colour add chopped tomato and saute well
6.Add chicken pieces to it and saute well
7.Add little salt water to it
8.Add little water and close lid and cook well for 30 minutes
9.Add coriander leaves and mix well and serve hot
