INGREDIENTS
1.Chicken-1 kg
2.Potato-3
3.Tomato-2
4.Grated coconut-1
5.Chopped green chilly-6
6.Chopped onion-2 cup
7.Ginger-1 small piece
8.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
9.Coriander powder-2 tablespoon
10.Oil,salt,curry leaves,mustard seeds-as required
11.Cinnamon,cardamom,cloves-4
12.Coriander leaves-for decoration
Method
1.Clean and cut chicken into thin small pieces
2.Heat coriander powder,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves well and make them into a fine paste
3.Grate well coconut and take first and second milk from it
4.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds to it and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves and onion and saute well
5.Add chicken to it and saute well
6.Add chopped green chilly and potato, chopped tomato,pepper powder and salt and mix well and add second coconut milk to it and cook well
7.When chicken is half cooked add masala paste to it and first coconut milk and mix well and cook for 20 minutes and serve hot
8.Decorate with coriander leaves
