CHICKEN PAN PIE

INGREDIENTS

1. Ghee-3 tablespoon
2.Finely chopped onion-1
   Cooking apple-2
   Chopped celery-1 cup

3.Cooked boneless chicken-3 cup
   Cooked rice-2 cup
    Pepper powder-half teaspoon
    Cream of chicken soup-3 cup
4.Grated cheddar cheese-2 cup



METHOD


1. Put in a pan ghee and add second ingredients and saute well for 10 minutes
2.Add third ingredients and saute well for 5 more minutes
3.Add this mix into a plate and cover with an aluminium foil and bake in an oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes
4.Remove the aluminium foil and add grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes and serve hot
