1.Grated coconut-half piece
2.Shallots-few
3.Red chilly-4
4.Salt,oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds -as required
METHOD
1.Make a fine paste with grated coconut and red chilly
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add shallots and curry leaves and saute well
3.When it becomes brown add coconut paste to it and add enough salt and water and mix well
