INGREDIENTS
1.Chicken-1 kg
2.Oil-100ml
3.Cardamom,cloves,cinnamon-6 each
4.Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Green chilly-4
5.Sauted onion paste-1 cup
6.Jeera powder-half teaspoon
White pepper powder-1 tablespoon
Salt-as required
7.Cashewnut paste-1 cup
METHOD
1.Put in a apn oil and add third ingredients to it and saute well
2.Add fourth ingredients to it and saute well
3.Add onion paste to it and saute well for 15 minutes.Add sixth ingredients to it and saute well and add chicken to it and saute well
4.Add cashewnut paste to it and saute well also add salt and dum chicken well
5.To dum cook chicken close lid well and seal with all purpose flour.Add charcoal on top and down part of plate and cook well for 20 minutes and serve hot
