INGREDIENTS
1.Boneless chicken -one kg
2.Onion-2
3.Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
4.Green chilly-4
5.Chicken masala-2 teaspoon
6.Chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
7.Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
8.Lime juice-1 lemon
9.Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
10.Tomato-2
11.Coriander leaves,salt,oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves-as required
METHOD
1.Clean and cut chicken into thin small pieces'
2.Marinate chicken with salt,turmeric powder,lime juice, pepper powder and keep for 15 minutes and pressure cook for 2 whistles
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves, chopped green chilly,ginger garlic paste and saute well
4.Add chopped onion and saute well till it beconmes brown colour
5.Add tomato and saute well
6.Add chilly powder,chicken masala and mix well and saute for 5 minutes
7.Add cooked chicken and saute well for 15 minutes and add coriander leaves and mix well and serve hot
